These terms govern the advertising services provided by RLB Media in South Africa. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
We place advertising on our media (including in-car QR cards and venue bin media), report on performance, and manage creative and placement. Availability, formats, and pricing may change and are confirmed in writing for each campaign.
Advertiser obligations
- Advertising content must be lawful, honest, and not misleading.
- Certain categories are not accepted on family and youth-facing placements, including gambling, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and food or drink marketed to children. We apply the ARB Code of Advertising Practice.
- You must hold the rights to any logos, images, and copy you supply.
- We may decline or remove any advertising at our discretion, including at a venue's request.
Bookings and payment
Campaigns are booked for a fixed term and, unless agreed otherwise, are payable in advance. Placement begins once payment is received and creative is approved.
Measurement
We report scan-based metrics in good faith using our tracking. Figures are an honest measure of engagement, not a guarantee of sales or specific outcomes.
Intellectual property
The RLB Media brand, site, and software remain ours. You retain ownership of your own brand assets and grant us a licence to use them to deliver your campaign.
Liability
We provide the services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the campaign in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
